Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for NEW Customer and Rental orders converted from dealer existing floor stock through supplemental credit or converted from dealer factory backlog through change order request during the effective period between January 2 – March 28, 2025.
• Pipeline inventory orders need to be converted to retail orders through submitting a change order request by March 28, 2025, 7:00pm CST.
• Floor stock orders need to be sold to customers by March 28, 2025, 7:00pm CST.
• If the customer cancels the order after the promotion has been added, the dealer must submit a change order request to convert order back to inventory type and discount will be reversed back to their standard OnePartner discount level.
• Customer or change order requests prior to January 2, 2025, will not qualify for the rebate.
• Orders submitted prior to January 2, 2025, cannot be canceled and resubmitted.
• When submitting a change order to convert pipeline to customer order, dealer is required to:
  • Include the promotion name in the comments section.
• If a floor stock inventory unit is sold to a customer, a supplemental discount must be requested in LiftNet by March 28, 2025, 7:00pm CST, and the delivery report must be submitted through TRACS within 30 days.
• The rebates apply in the United States, Canada, Mexico & Puerto Rico.

• For supplemental discount requests for inventory units, the following guidelines apply:
  • Inventory units (shipped and invoiced):

    Example: dealer purchased an inventory truck with a $1500 rebate under a previous promotion, but the current promotion offers a $3000 rebate for that same model. Dealer can submit for a $1500 supplemental discount.

    • A dealer can apply for a supplemental discount that is different than the discount that was received when the unit was purchased ONE TIME. Once that supplemental discount has been applied to a truck, additional discounts cannot be requested for that truck at any time. This only applies to a floor stock inventory unit that is being converted to a customer or rental order.
    • If an inventory unit is sold to a customer or converted to rental and a supplemental discount is requested, the delivery report must be submitted through TRACS and the dealer must submit a supplemental discount request within 30 days of delivery to customer, or the discount will not be approved, and the unit will not be eligible for any discounts.
  • Inventory units (not shipped and not invoiced):
    • If a dealer requests a discount that is different than the discount that was received when the unit was purchased for an unshipped inventory order that is being converted to a customer or rental order, the dealer must submit a Change Order Request in LiftNet 2.0. Approved discounts will be given on the face of the invoice.
    • All unshipped dealer inventory orders converted to customer orders and invoiced will not be eligible for any additional discounting at a later date.
  • Approved orders will be eligible for Warchest subject to Warchest program rules.
  • Dealer must be in good standing to be eligible for this sales program.
  • Dealer must adhere to Competitive OEM Dealer Sales guidelines.
  • The Promotion and its terms are strictly confidential. Dealer shall not disclose the Promotion to or discuss the terms of the Promotion with any third party.
  • In its sole discretion, MLA may modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.
